4 Essential Oils for Natural Pain Relief
1. Lavender 
This antimicrobial essential oil has many uses and benefits. You might have heard of this oil being used for relaxation and sleep but the truth is this oil is a great option for relieving pain. You can either inhale the vapors, or blend with a carrier and massage onto the area affected by the pain. Another great option is putting a few drops in your bath water with a little Epsom salts for a relaxing and muscle soothing bath.
2. Chamomile 
This oil is wonderful for muscle pains and headaches. It can also help relieve stress and can be used in many different ways from topically to inhalation. You can also blend this oil with Lavender for even better results.
3. Juniper
 This oil is a known to have anti rheumatic and anti-spasmodic properties making this another fabulous oil for quick pain relief. This also can help reduce muscle spasms as well as joint and muscle pain that are associated with fibromyalgia and arthritis.
4. Peppermint
When this oil is blended with coconut oil and allowed to slightly solidify it can be compared to the effects of using over the counter muscle rubs. Peppermint essential oil will help calm and sooth the muscles where applied, this also works well with headaches.
